Terms and Conditions

 

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

Outlaw Offroad offers a limited price match guarantee under the following terms:

  • Competitor quote must be in writing and from a local competitor
  • Competitor shall be defined as a shop/service location that engages in substantially similar services as Outlaw Offroad.  This does not include tire shops, auto repair facilities or private mechanics.
  • No handwritten quotes will be accepted.
  • Quote must be from a local competitor, located within a reasonable distance of Outlaw Offroad location performing the price match.  
  • Outlaw Offroad reserves the right to  refuse price match guarantee if, in its opinion, the quote is not provided in good faith, is not determined to be viable or accurate or for any other reason(s) Outlaw Offroad ownership or management deem appropriate. 
  • As all Outlaw Offroad locations are independently owned and operated, final authorization for all price match requests will lie with the individual site owner.  

LABOR WARRANTY

Outlaw Offroad offers a limited labor warranty under the following terms:

  • Standard labor warranty is 24 months/24,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
  • We require that all vehicles return for a "retorque and recheck" 500 miles after any suspension and/or steering repairs/replacement/modification.  Failure to complete this may result in a loss of warranty coverage. 
  • No labor warranty is offered on parts provided by customers for installation.
  • Lifetime labor warranty is available on gear installation services, under certain conditions.  See associate for details on available lifetime gear installation labor warranty. 
  •   Extended labor warranty is available for purchase, at an additional cost. 
  •  Outlaw Offroad reserves the right to deny any warranty if we are not the first shop to assess possible issues.  If any other shop performs service and/or diagnostics in any way, prior to Outlaw Offroad having first opportunity of inspection, labor warranty will be void. 
  • Outlaw Offroad labor warranty is extended to the original purchaser only.  It is not transferable and cannot be reassigned. 
  • Outlaw Offroad reserves the right to deny or terminate labor warranty coverage in the event of abuse and/or excessive harsh driving, under which conditions may cause a failure that may or may not cause such issue(s), which rises to the point of warranty claim.  

PARTS WARRANTY

Outlaw Offroad does not warrant parts.  Part warranties are originated and administered by the part manufacturer.  Should a part warranty issue arise, customer shall be responsible for contacting the part manufacturer.  The part warranty is exclusively between the manufacturer and the end user.  Outlaw Offroad shall not enter into this relationship, unless extended or additional part warranty coverage has been purchased by the customer.  Customers have the ability to purchase this warranty, prior to installation, at an additional cost.  See sales associate for additional coverage details.  

CUSTOMER PARTS POLICY

Prior to installation of new parts, customers will be asked if they wish to retain possession of parts that are removed during the course of a given installation.  These parts will be returned, if requested, at the conclusion of installation.  

If customer does not take the old/removed parts with them at service completion, they have 7 days to make arrangements to have them removed.  If, after 7 days, customer has failed to obtain old parts or has not made arrangements to do so, the parts will become the property of Outlaw Offroad and we retain the right to dispose of any and all old parts, at our discretion.  This may include disposal as scrap or trash, or it may include disposal by means of sale.  If a sale is chosen, customer retains no right to any revenue generated by such sale, as all parts are the property of Outlaw Offroad at the point of sale.  

Removal of old/takeoff parts from Outlaw Offroad is the sole responsibility of the customer and Outlaw Offroad bears no liability for making arrangements for a customer to take possession of these parts. 

WORK CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a customer choose to cancel a previously authorized work order, a minimum of a 10% restock/cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund(s).  Outlaw Offroad also reserves the right to chargeback any shipping/freight that may be required to return parts to a manufacturer and/or distributor.  This charge would be in addition to the restock/cancellation fee. 

In some cases, depending on manufacturer, parts returns may be disallowed.  This would be due to the time in which the parts were ordered versus when the initial parts order was placed.  This time frame varies, by manufacturer, but is generally 30 days.  

Additionally, due to fee structures and other legal requirements/policies, we do not allow any refunds and/or cancellations on financed invoices or invoices paid via PayPal (not all locations offer these payment methods). 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes life can get crazy.  At Outlaw Offroad, we do all jobs by appointment we understand that sometimes those appointments need to be changed.  Hey, life happens.  That is why we allow 2 changes without any additional fees.  Because we schedule all work, it can be difficult to fill a space that was moved, and our techs don't like to sit on buckets, with nothing to do.  If you are having problems, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a better time.  Not all situations will be charged and we reserve the right to charge this $50 fee (minimum), based on the customer and the individual situation.
